In 2022, DDS Transportation Consulting was born from a simple idea: What if consulting could be both expert and personal? As a family-owned business, we’ve worked in the trucking industry for decades, seeing firsthand how process bottlenecks, outdated software, and training gaps can hold companies back.

Owner and Founder of DDSTC
Meet Darren, owner and founder of DDS Transportation Consulting. With over 25 years in the transportation industry and 18 years of specialized experience in TMS consulting, Darren has made it his mission to simplify the complex world of trucking software.
As a veteran of the trucking industry, Darren brings a rare blend of hands-on operations experience and deep technical expertise in systems like TMW Suite (TMT, Truckmate), TMW Fuel Dispatch, and other industry-leading platforms.
At DDS, Darren doesn’t just provide consulting; he builds partnerships. Whether it’s automating your dispatch workflows, training your team on Truckmate, or integrating your TMS, Darren and his team are dedicated to saving you time, reducing errors, and helping your business thrive. His approach is rooted in transparency, reliability, and a commitment to your success—because at the end of the day, DDS isn’t just a consulting firm; it’s a family-owned business built on trust.
When Darren isn’t in his office, you’ll find him on the golf course, in the batting cage, or outdoors with his dogs.
Brandon Ramlogan
Consultant
Brandon has 4 years of experience in the trucking industry, specializing in TMW Suite and process optimization. When he’s not helping clients streamline their operations, you’ll find him making music, playing video games, or working towards his Associate’s degree.
Darah Schillinger
Project Manager
Darah has been with the company since 2022, working as an executive assistant, social media manager, and now as the project manager. With a strong background in search engine optimization and digital marketing, Darah is happy to bring her skills to DDSTC for the foreseeable future. When she's not working with her family, Darah works as a part-time editor and a full-time higher education professional.
